Quick Start for:

The TSPR audit protocols are a set of modules that serve as detailed interview and analysis guides in the twelve operational areas addressed. These can be used to provide focus and structure to an operational review by identifying deficiencies and potential improvement opportunities.

Each protocol provides detailed guidelines for conducting a Texas School Performance Review (TSPR) audit in twelve major operational areas of a school district. A school district can use these protocols to assess its own operations or prepare a request proposal for external assistance in reviewing the district or a target area of the district’s operations.
