Proposed and Adopted Rule Amendments and Repeals
Following are courtesy copies of the text of proposed or adopted rule amendments and repeals. You may review proposals and adoptions, including preambles, as published in the Texas Register on the Texas Secretary of State's website.
The Property Tax Assistance Division currently has no proposed rules.
Adopted Rules
For the effective date of a particular rule, please refer to the issue of the Texas Register in which the adopted rule is published or, as applicable, to the language of the individual rule.
