Business Tax Advisory Committee
The Business Tax Advisory Committee is a panel comprised of tax experts, legislators and business representatives responsible for analyzing the revised franchise tax's effect on the business community and the Texas economy and for issuing reports to the 81st, 82nd and 83rd Texas Legislatures. Texas Comptroller Susan Combs chairs the committee.
Available below are the first two reports issued by the committee. The final report will be issued just prior to the 83rd legislative session in January 2013.
